MIRPURKHAS Oct 1. Lawyers under the district bar association Mirpurkhas have boycotted the court proceedings whole day here on Friday in support of their demand of establishment of Sindh high court Mirpurkhas bench, while lawyers also held protest camp and took out protest rally in the premises of district and sessions court Mirpurkhas.

 Led by bar president Mirpurkhas Mir Pervez Akhtar Talpure , lawyers including women lawyers , social workers, notables and citizens participated in the protest camp in premises of sessions court Mirpurkhas. Protesters carrying banners and placards raised slogans in support of their demands.

Speaking at the protesters bar president Mir Pervez Akhtar Talpure deplored that over ten thousands of Mirpurkhas cases were in pending while Larkana and Sukkur have low cases despite this high court bench were functioning there and poor people of Mirpurkhas division had deprived of this facility and compelled to suffer heavy expenses for getting justice through Sindh high court Hyderabad bench. He urged the federal and provincial government to take initiative in this regard for early formation of Sindh high court Mirpurkhas bench as there was already available building here. Masood Leghari advocate said that concerned authorities should accept this old demand of poor people of Mirpurkhas division.

Junaid Maher advocate and Muhammad Hashim Shar said that their protest campaign will remained continue till acceptance of their demand.

Adnan Khurram and Mir Naeem Talpure advocate blamed that deliberately authorities had deprived to this region from benefit of Sindh high court Mirpurkhas bench as result poor people had compelled to suffer big expenses for gaining justice.

Asghar Ali Channa and Asif Qureshi advocate warned the government to accept their demand without any delay otherwise their protest campaign will be extended throughout province.

Later lawyers took out a protest rally led by president district bar and marched in the premises of sessions court while demanding the higher authorities to accept their demands without any delay to ensure early justice in less expenses at door step to poors of this region.
