MIRPURKHAS May 12. President district bar association Mirpurkhas Salahuddin Panhwer has said that names of Martyrds who had given their live sacrifices during lawyers struggle on incident of May 12th day had been written in the history . Speaking at the meeting of the bar association held here on Wednesday, he paid rich tributes to those lawyers had been Martyrds during lawyers struggle. He said that no any hurdle will be bear for injustice and independent of judiciary. He demanded the judiciary to take suo moto notice of May 12th day and punish exemplary to involved persons and provide justice to the affected people. Those also spoke Moula Bux Raho, Shoukat Rahimoon, Akhtar Panhwer, Nasir Ahmed Khan etc. Earlier on behalf of the bar protest rally was taken out in the premises of district and sessions court Mirpurkhas while lawyers have boycotted completely the court proceedings today.
MIRPURKHAS May 12. At least 25 bonded labours including women and children were produced in the sessions court Mirpurkhas here on Wednesday who were recovered from illegal confinement of two different landlords in Kot Ghulam Mohammad and Phuladyyoon police stations while they were set free by the court after recording their statements. Report said that on the directives of sessions court Mirpurkhas , Kot Ghulam Mohammad police carried out raid at the farmland of Rais Ahmed Khan Bhurgari in the limit of KGM police and recovered 15 bonded labours , while Walji Kolhi had been moved application in the sessions court stating that 15 peasants were detained at the land of above landlord where they were not allowed to move freely, deprived of health facilities as well as their shares of crop. In another application submitted by Mousa Manganhar to sessions court, apprising that his relatives 10 peasants were detained in wrongful confinement at the land of landlord Gul Mohammad Halepota in the limit of Phuladyyoon police station, while they were not being provided their share of crops even not allowed to move freely.
MIRPURKHAS May 12. Various shopkeepers of Jameel Shaheed road Mirpurkhas have created alleged hurdle in the action of special magistrate and DDO revenue Mirpurkhas taluka and officials of TMA Mirpurkhas to remove the encroachments and blocked the Jameel Shaheed road for some time as result traffic was suspended here on Wednesday. When contacted DDO revenue taluka Mirpurkhas Ammara Aamir Khattak told that she had been served the notices under section 3 remove of encroachment act to the encroachers at Jameel Shaheed road over a month back as they had taken been time for a month. She said that today she as special magistrate along with TMA officials including encroachment inspector Mehmood and others reached at Jameel Shaheed road and as fined RS 2000 at shopkeeper Zeeshan that various shopkeepers gathered there and blocked the Jameel Shaheed road even instigated the other shopkeepers to hold protest and created hurdle in her action to remove the illegal encroachments. She said that legal action against the culprits was in process.
MIRPURKHAS May 12. Dozens of Baloch community people have held protest demonstration in premises of the civil hospital Mirpurkhas to protest against alleged negligence of staff of Gynecology ward of the civil hospital Mirpurkhas here on Wednesday, while talking to newsmen protesters Javed Baloch, Ashraf Baloch and others accused that deceased Ms Sana Baloch was not checked by the lady doctor in Gyne ward and alleged that staff nurses injected her wrong injection as result she died. They demanded the administration of the hospital to take action against the involved staff. When contacted to civil surgeon of civil hospital Mirpurkhas Dr Asghar Arain said that Ms Sana Baloch, 20, wife of Javed Baloch was brought first at Gyne ward on April 27th and lady doctors checked her and advised of ultrasound and provided treatments after which she had been left the hospital . He further said that her delivery was made at unknown place and outside the civil hospital Mirpurkhas while she was brought on April 29th again at civil hospital and after getting treatment she left again the hospital and she was again brought on May 8th in civil hospital in unconscious and serious condition. She said that she was admitted first in medical ward and then shifted in Gyne ward while her husband Javed Baloch was apprised that her condition was in serious as her need to be admitted in ICU ward that was in LMUH Hyderabad after which he said that he himself arranged the ambulance and provide the necessary medicine and sent to LMUH Hyderabad where she remained two days in ICU ward at LMUH Hyderabad after which she was died. She said that in this connection he had ordered the departmental inquiry which revealed that her delivery was made outside the civil hospital Mirpurkhas and not any doctor nor any staff of the hospital committed any negligence in treatment of the deceased.
