MIRPURKHAS Aug 26. Additional sessions Judge Mirpurkhas ii has recorded the statements of released peasants and ordered to free them here on Wednesday following being produced by SHO Kot Ghulam Mohammad in the court. Report said that Madhio Bheel had submitted an application in the district and sessions court Mirpurkhas in which he complained that his 27 relatives are living in illegal confinements at the agriculture land of landlord Shehzad Kaim Khani at village Jhugian, taluka Kot Ghulam Mohammad while forced labor work was being taken from them in the confinement. He requested the court to issue the order for surprise raid to recover the confined bonded labours. Court ordered to SHO KGM police station to carry out raid for releasing of the bonded labours and produced them in the court. Tufail Mari, SHO KGM conducted the raid on Tuesday at the above agriculture land and recovered 16 peasants including women and children as Gomi, Mean Bai, Gori, Pamro,Partab, Wishno, Parkash, Mansingh, Suresh, Mangal, Radha, Pemraj, Shremti Lali, Mangaldas, Shremti Samina and Shremti Kanwal. Landlord Shehzad Kaim Khani told the newsmen that over RS 2 lakhs were debit on above released peasants and said that they were working with their willing at his agriculture land and denied of keeping them in illegal confinement.

MIRPURKHAS Aug 26. A woman Bai Begum, 65, wife of Abdul Majeed, resident of Shah Lateef town was fell conscious after the several hours wait to get the flour bag from flour stall at Hameed Pura colony here on Wednesday. She was rushed to emergency ward of civil hospital where doctors told that her blood pressure was very low however her condition was restored after some hours. A big rush of thousands of people including women was seen at the flour stalls in the city as people were waited of very short supply of flour bags at the subsidized flour stalls for hours but mostly are returning without flour bags. People demanded the government to increase the quantity of flour bags on daily basis to meet the requirements of the poor people. They deplored that they were being insulted in such manner as despite waiting the hours they were deprived of their flour bags while they added that they were coming daily at the flour stalls.

MIRPURKHAS Aug 26. People are facing bravely the load shedding for 8 to 10 hours even in Ramzan month as result water supply is disrupted from water supply schemes to the Mirpurkhas and other cities and towns of the district. Frequent power outages have caused of unrest and resentment among the masses as even hesco officials are suspending the power supply even at the time of Iftar, Sehri and Taravi prayer. Water supply is adversely affecting as at the time of power off, heavy machinery of water supply scheme remained close as result there are complaints of shortage of water in some parts of the city. Indoor patients of government hospitals including civil hospital Mirpurkhas are also disturbed owing to frequent power failure. Small industries including chaki, Ice factories and oil spellers are also closed during outages. Vice president Sindh abadgar board SAB Mirpurkhas chapter , talking to newsmen accused that there was approved officially loadshedding time for 6 hours daily in the city Mirpurkhas and for 8 hours in rural areas of the district Mirpurkhas but unfortunately 8 to 10 hours daily power outages were being made by the hesco officials to cover their line losses . He demanded the chairman Wapda and hesco chief to take immediate notice, reduce the load shedding time and fixed the appropriate time for load shedding sothat people could not be disturbed.
