MIRPURKHAS May 24. Membership camp for women was installed here on Monday at Muttehda Quami Movement MQM Mirpurkhas zone in which hundreds of women get their membership to fill their membership forms. On this occasion, Talking to media men member Interior Sindh Tamzemi committee Hir Soho and Abida Saif Baji said that MQM leader Altaf Hussain has always made talk for rights of women and more than women are joining the party and Tehreek . They further said that MQM wanted to remove the feudal system for establishment of rule of middle class and added that that time is not far when poor and oppressed people would rule on the country. They said that Haq Parast women have been paying their vital role in this Tehreek and rush of women in this camp is the proof that women belong to each walk of life without any discrimination are including in this way of Haq Parasti. On this occasion MQM women wing incharge Mirpurkhas Fouzia Baji, Eishrat and Hameeda Baji were also present.
 
MIRPURKHAS May 24. Protest rally was taken out and sit in was staged by All Sindh primary teachers association and Masjid school teachers association was taken out here on Monday from Government Shah Abdul Lateef primary school to local press club. Hundreds of primary school teachers took part in the protest rally. Protesters led by district president PST district Mirpurkhas Haji Mohammad Usman Halepota , carrying banners and placards marched through main road and reached at local press club where they staged also sit in and raised slogans against the government. Addressing at the protesters district president PST association Haji Mohammad Usman Halepota said that despite passing a week to their protest campaign government did not accept their demands and warned that if their demands were not accepted then primary school teachers throughout province would be compelled to surround the Governor house at Karachi on May 27 and would present charter of demand and memory Nama. District president Masjid school teachers association Mehmood Leghari has demanded the Sindh government to accept their demands including teaching allowance, time scale, son quota, death quota and others and issue the notification of these demands without any delay otherwise on the directives of their center, primary school teachers throughout province would stage sit in outside the Sindh assembly building on occasion of presenting the Budget of the Sindh government. Those also spoke Mohammad Yaqoob Nohri, Javed Islam, Ali Hassan Dal, Dhani Bux Narejo and Irshad Rajput.
 
MIRPURKHAS May 24. Dozens of villagers of Deh Aatna, taluka Sindhri have held demonstration at Mirpurkhas Shadi Palli road nearAatna Mori to protest against excesses of ex additional secretary agriculture Sindh Mohammad Ishaque Lashari, who is at present giving his duty as administrative officer in president house Islamabad on Monday. Protesters led by Mohammad Hassan Shar and Chutto Khan Shar, carried banners and placards raised slogans against the above officer Ishaque Lashari. Protesters on this occasion told the media men that above officer had allegedly been acquired thousands of agriculture lands from government account by misusing his office in past and still misusing the status of president house as getting different agriculture farm schemes , construction of Pucca road and water supply scheme while there is no population at his lands except few dozen peoples population. They accused that he was misusing the government machinery also to harass the neighbours as his armed men had been tried to occupy their lands by cultivating forcibly trees into their lands when they resisted, they issued threats of implicating them in false cases. They said that they were poor abadgars and have no power to face his armed men. They demanded the president , prime minister of Pakistan , Chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chohadhry, Sindh chief minister, Governor Sindh and others to take immediate notice into this matter, provide safety them and take legal action against him and his armed men. 

MIRPURKHAS May 24. At least 15 huts in Old cloth bazaar (Lunda Bazaar) Mirpurkhas were completely gutted when fire broke out in nearby hurbs here on Monday. Report said that fire broke out near by hurbs which engulfed the huts of Old cloth bazaar mostly of them were empty and closed . Fire brigade vehicles were called there and fire fighters extinguished the fire after two hours hectic efforts. However, 15 huts were completely ablazed.
 
MIRPURKHAS May 24. Abdul Kareem Sammoon , resident of Umme Hani town has accused that Sikandar Mallah , an influential person had been forcibly kidnapped his wife Ms Shabana from his house on May 17, 2010 in his absence while her abduction case was lodged with Satellite town police station. Addressing at a press conference here on Monday at local press club, he alleged that above abductor Sikandar Mallah is issuing him threats of his killing and kidnapping of his children through telephone. He said that later her wife was forcibly produced in the court at Ghotki but he was failed to present divorce certificate in the court as result her wife was later sent to Darul Aman at Sukkur. He said that he is very poor man and has small children while he could not suffer the expenses of cases. He demanded the Chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chohadhry, chief justice Sindh high court, Governor Sindh, DIG Mirpurkhas, district and sessions judge Mirpurkhas to ensure returning of his wife to him and arresting of kidnapper influential Sikandar Mallah.
