MIRPURKHAS May 15. Satellite town police have been booked a person for issuance of threats of dire consequences and attempt to money extortion by the famous Hakeem here on Saturday after being ordered by district and sessions court Mirpurkhas. Report said that Hakeem Sajjad Hassan has lodged the case with Satellite town police station near Makka Masjid at Satellite town accusing that one Abdul Nasir son of Abdul Rahim came to his plot where construction was continued , he demanded him money otherwise he will not allowed to construction at the plot. He added that on his refusal accused Abdul Nasir and two unknown persons manhandled him on the base of arms and fled away from the spot. Victim Hakeem Sajjad Hassan told the media men that accused Abdul Nasir and his accomplices were issuing him of dire consequences to withdraw the case otherwise they would implicate him and his family members in false cases. He said that after the incident, he approached to sessions court Mirpurkhas and on the order of the court, police registered his case. He demanded the DPO Mirpurkhas and other police officers to take immediate notice and ensure arresting of the nominated accused of the case.
 
MIRPURKHAS May 15. Additional sessions Judge 1 Mirpurkhas has been ordered to set free the 26 bonded labours that had been recovered from the illegal confinement in the limit of Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station following recording their statements here on Saturday. Report said that Hero Kolhi had been moved the application in the court of district and sessions court Mirpurkhas complaining that his relatives were detained in illegal captivity of landlord Irshad Kaim Khani at village Irshad Kaim Khani , taluka KGM , while they were not being given their share of crops, health facilities and were forced to take labour work without payment of daily wages. He requested the court to order to concerned police to release them from illegal detention. On the order of the court, SHO Kot Ghulam Mohammad Ghulam Mustafa Leghari carried out raid and recovered the 26 peasants including Bhoro Kolhi, Hero Kolhi, Punno, Kanji, Ropa, Keko, Ramesh, Shremti Burkha, Shremti Baghwatni etc. Released peasants talking to the media men accused that above landlord Irshad Kaim Khani, his supervisor Haider and Munshi had been kidnapped their 3 persons including Satram Kolhi, Rajesh Kolhi and Shremti Parmi wife of Bhoro Kolhi. They further alleged that above landlord had also been snatched gold ornaments of the women and occupied their cattles including 9 cows and 5 goats.
