MIRPURKHAS Nov 20. Sindh chief minister has taken strict notice of missing the 4 wheat grader machines out of 10 wheat grader machines of agriculture department Mirpurkhas following publishing the news in a daily newspaper and sought the comments from EDO agriculture Mirpurkhas Wali Mohammad Bughio. Report said that Sindh government had been provided the costly 10 wheat seed grader machines to agriculture department Mirpurkhas about 5 years back but during last some years EDOs of agriculture department Mirpurkhas had been given them to influential political personalities. However 4 of the wheat grader machines were still missing from the official record of the agriculture department Mirpurkhas. The remaining 6 machines were being used by influential landlords at their land for preparing the seed of wheat however their official fee was not yet deposited to the department. Wheat seed grader machine was used for preparing the wheat seed as it was prepared same size of seed without any dust that was called certified wheat seed and after using that seed more production of wheat was gained to growers. Its official fee was RS 5 per 40 kilogrammes but despite using it no landlord was ready to deposit the official fee. Following taking the notice by Sindh chief minister, officers of agriculture department Mirpurkhas were busy to trace the missing 4 wheat grader machines, while those influential landlords using the 6 remaining grader machines were approached by officials for paying their official fee. 

MIRPURKHAS Nov 20. Scores of Bheel community people including women belong to village Gulzar Qureshi, taluka Kot Ghulam Mohammad have held demonstration on Saturday outside the Kot Ghulam Mohammad press club to protest against the attempt to kidnap their two women by people of Machi community. Protesters led by Harchand Bheel and Hemo Bheel carried banners and placards raised slogans against the KGM police and demanding the authorities to ensure registration of their case against the involved Machi community people. On this occasion talking to newsmen Harchand, Hemo, Jummo and Ms Mariat, all by caste Bheel accused that Ghani Machi, Aziz Machi, Sattar Machi , Pervez and Malik Machi attacked on their houses in village Gulzar Qureshi and tried to abduct Ms Seeta and Ms Soomri while they offered resistance as result cloths of the women were broken and sustained minor injuries. They deplored that when they asked the KGM police for registration of their complaint but police refused them to take their complaint. They said that few weeks ago, on the water share of agriculture land Machi community people had injured the Bheel community people even KGM police instead to register the case against Machi community people, they lodged the case of Machi community people and implicated the injured Bheel community people in false case. They accused that KGM police were openly supporting illegally to Machi community after receiving alleged bribe. They demanded the Sindh chief minister, provincial police officer , RPO Hyderabad and DIG Mirpurkhas to take immediate notice and ensure registration of their case and provide justice them.
 
MIRPURKHAS Nov 20. Villagers near Hingorno town have made hostage the 4 police officials of taluka police station Mirpurkhas after the raid of investigation taluka police at the village to recover the abducted girl while six persons including three police officials and three women sustained injuries on Friday late night. Report said that on August 8, 2010, Bhaoji of Baghri Hindu community had lodged the case under section 365-B with taluka police station accusing that he along with his daughter Ms Rukhsana, 25, was coming to Mirpurkhas from Digri that in the way accused Khuda Bux Pahore, his father Saleh Pahore and two unknown forcibly abducted his daughter Ms Rukhsana. On the secret information about presence of abducted Ms Rukhsana , Incharge investigation taluka police Kamal Nohri, along with police officials carried out raid at the village near Hingorno but villagers including women offered resistance during this clash was occurred between police and villagers as result 6 persons sustained injuries including police officer Kamal Nohri, constables  Manzoor and Kehar Khan and three women Ms Jannat, Ms Makhan and Ms Shehnaz. However police succeded to recover the abducted Ms Rukhsana from the possession of the villagers, but during this dozens of villagers made hostage to 4 police officials including Aslam Panhwer, Khuda Dino Panhwer, Akhtar and Ashique. After receiving information, heavy contingents of police headed by SPO Sindhri and SPO Satellite town carried out raid at the above village near Hingorno and made negotiations with villagers after which villagers released the above 4 hostage police officials. Sources said that during negotiation, police officers had agreed with notables of villagers that no further police action against the villagers will be taken by police after which detained police officials were released. Investigation taluka police have produced the recovered Ms Rukhsana in the court of special judicial magistrate Mirpurkhas on Saturday here. The court ordered to police to produce the recovered Ms Rukhsana on Monday in the court and allowed the mother of victim to live with her. Pahore community people told the newsmen that Ms Rukhsana had embraced Islam and had married with Khuda Bux Pahore with her willingness.

MIRPURKHAS Nov 20. A rally was taken out by Children right committee district Mirpurkhas chapter with collaboration of Children parliament Pakistan here on Saturday from government girls’ higher secondary school Benazeer Bhutto to mark the international child rights day that was participated by girls and boys students and teachers. Led by district coordinator of CRC Saleh Otho , carried banners and placards marched through main road and reached at railway station chowk where speaking at the participators Mohammad Saleh Otho accused that child right violation had become common in the society but concerned authorities were not taken action against the violators. He alleged that government was not implementing on the charter of united nation about the rights of children and resolution of Sindh assembly passed for protection of rights of children. He urged the concerned authorities to take notice and ensure legal action against the child rights violators. 

MIRPURKHAS Nov 20. Traders association Kot Ghulam Mohammad, civil society, different political parties and citizens have held demonstration at Kot Ghulam Mohammad town on Saturday in front of KGM police station to protest against the growing crime in taluka Kot Ghulam Mohammad. Protesters led by Haji Sulaiman Kaim Khani, president trader association and Engineer Shoukat Hayat, carried banners and placards chanted slogans against the KGM police. Talking to newsmen on this occasion, Haji Sulaiman Kaim Khani, Engineer Shoukat Hayat, Ghulam Rasool Junejo, Sami Sonaro, JSQM local leader Nadeem Sagar and others accused that thieves, robberies, dacoities and kidnapping for ransom have become common in taluka Kot Ghulam Mohammad while alleged that police were in connection with criminals as still police remained fail to nab any accused of the criminal incident. They lamented that citizens were feeling themselves insecure as daily crime was rising in taluka but despite complaints to KGM police no action was yet taken against the involved criminals. They threatened of observing complete shutter down strike and staging protest demonstration in KGM town on occasion of expected visit of Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani to inaugurate the Sui gas project within a week. They demanded the president and prime minister, Chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chohadhry, Sindh chief minister, home minister, provincial police officer, RPO Hyderabad and DIG Mirpurkhas to take immediate notice in this regard, ensure arresting of the involved culprits and provide protection to the lives and properties of the citizens.
