MIRPURKHAS Nov 2. Dozens of employees of Hesco Mirpurkhas division under the banner of Wapda Hydro electric labour union and Pakistan workers federation have taken out protest rally from railway station chowk here on Tuesday to protest against the dissolution of PEPCO. Protesters led by Akbar Khan Leghari  and Malik Abdul Kareem, carrying banners and placards marched through main roads and raising slogans against the government. They marched through main roads and reached at local press club where speaking at the protesters Akbar Leghari, Malik Abdul Kareem , Mohammad Shareef and others have accused that government had been failed to resolve the problems of price hike, lawlessness and corruption in the country while masses were suffering great difficulties. They alleged that rulers were busy in looting the resources of the country and were not giving proper attention to solve the problems of the masses. They alleged that country was facing acute economical crisis owing to wrong policies of the government. They further accused of the government for its failure to enhance the production of power as result power prices were increased and people were facing prolong load shedding in the country . They accused that now the government wanted to get loan by dissolution the PEPCO on the behest of IMF. They said that under such condition this institution will also be devastated, economical condition will further deteriorate and prices of commodities would further be increased. They asserted that protest of employees and labors would remained continue against the wrong policies of the government till solution of the problems of the masses. 

MIRPURKHAS Nov 2. Allah bux Mughal, resident of Hashim Nagar colony Mirpurkhas has accused that his married daughter Nazia Bibi was kidnapped forcibly by accused Shehbaz Khaskheli, Badal Khaskheli, Mitho Khaskheli and Ms Pathani Khaskheli some days back from his house and kept herself at unknown destination while he has been submitted his written complaint to DPO Mirpurkhas but no action was yet taken against the involved culprits. Speaking at a press conference here on Tuesday, he further said that marry of his daughter Ms Nazia Bibi had been with her cousin Abdul Jabbar Mughal with her willing. He alleged that kidnappers were issuing threats of dire consequences to her daughter in illegal confinement also to change his statement. He said that an officer of Zarri Tarraqiati bank Mirpurkhas Syed Asghar Ali Shah Rizvi, also close to a provincial minister was creating hurdle in legal action against the culprits. He appealed the president Asif Ali Zardari, prime minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, chief justice of Sindh high court, chief justice supreme court and Sindh chief minister to ensure registration of his case , get returned his daughter from above involved culprits possession and exemplary punishment for the involved accused. 

MIRPURKHAS Nov 2. Costly four wheat seed grader machines out of 10 wheat seed grader machines of the agriculture department Mirpurkhas were missing for last some years remaining were being used by growers but their nominal fee was not deposited to the agriculture department Mirpurkhas. This was disclosed during the inquiry of this scribe here on Tuesday. Report said that Sindh government had been provided about 10 costly wheat seed grader machines to the agriculture department Mirpurkhas in past for providing the wheat growers for making the wheat seed on nominal fee. Report said that owing to alleged political interference, ex EDOs of the agriculture department Mirpurkhas had been given the costly wheat seed grader machines to influential landlords and 4 of them were not returned to the department for last 4 years. It may be recalled that these machines were provided to wheat growers for preparing the wheat seed and they were bound to pay nominal fee RS 5 per maund. But no money was yet deposited in the official account. When contacted Yar Mohammad Khaskheli, district officer agriculture extension Mirpurkhas told this scribe that when he took the charge as district officer about 6 months back he found missing of the record of the above machines and later he prepared the official record even found 4 wheat seed grader machines missing. He told that he was yet failed to trace those missing machines and added that present 6 machines were being used by landlords Ch Iqbal, Dr Shammo, Yousuf Rajput, Nawab Abdul Sattar, Chandar Sharma, Umer Bughio and Arif Bhurgari. He further said that no fee money was yet deposited by the above landlords and they were using the machines for last some years. He hoped that they would deposited the fee as he has been issued the notices to concerned field staff of the agriculture department to ensure deposition of the fee of using the wheat seed grader machines . An official of the agriculture department on the promise of anonymity said that a grader machine was given to A.D.Lakho, ex nazim union council Doolatpur, taluka Mirpurkhas in the tenure of ex EDO agriculture Dodo Khan Leghari, 2 machines were given to Haji Younus Kaim Khani, close person of ex Sindh chief minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim in the period of ex EDO agriculture Ghulamullah Jarwar and one machine was given to Ch Naseer , ex nazim union council Khudadad, taluka Kot Ghulam Mohammad. When contacted ex nazim A.D Lakho said that above machine was provided him about 4 years back and after using it for some time at the land he had been returned it to agriculture department Mirpurkhas. When tried to contact with ex nazim Ch Naseer and Haji Younus Kaim Khani for their comments but their cell phone were closed or dead.
