MIRPURKHAS Aug 23. Subsidized Flour has been started to distribute the masses through 22 flour fair price outlets in the district here on Sunday from first Ramzan following the directives of Sindh chief minister. DCO Mirpurkhas Ghulam Hussain Memon has visited the different flour pair price outlets setup in Digri and Mirpurkhas taluka and examined the process of sale of the subsidized flour. DCO told the newsmen after his visit that 22 flour fair price outlets have been setup in the district and each outlet is being provided 400 flour bags per bag 10 kilogrammes. He said that separate lines (queries) of male and female have been setup there to distribute the flour without any disturbance from 12 PM to 4 PM such 8800 flour bags would be provided to the masses on subsidized rates daily without any discrimination in the district. He said that DDO revenue, Mukhtiarkar and officials of food department are checking the quality of flour at flour mills andensuring the quality of the flour. He said that on the pointation regarding the hoarders and profiteers legal action will be taken against the them . He said that food department is providing the special quota of wheat to six flour mills of the district to grind the flour and sale the flour at subsidized rates to the masses through flour fair price outlets. In Mirpurkhas taluka Noor Shah flour mills will provide the flour bags at outlets including Pak colony government school and training center Mirpurkhas, Mohajir colony Mirpurkhas, Scheme no 2 stadium, main Baloch Para satellite town and Mirwah city. In Hussain Bux Mari taluka, Memon flour mills will supply the flour bags to outlets including Mohammad Ali hotel near government primary school, Mirpur Old Near police station and village Muhammad Hassan Mari near Government primary school. In taluka Sindhri, Siddique flour mills will provide the flour bags to outlets 12 Mile TMA office, Government highschool Hingorno, Rural Health center Phuladyyoon, Government primary school Girhore Sharif and union council office at 78 Mori. In Kot Ghulam Mohammad taluka, Al Saeed flour mills KGM will supply the flour bags to outlets Mukhtiarkar office kot Ghulam Mohammad and Government high school Kot Mirus. In Digri taluka, Sindhri flour mill will provide the flour bags to the outlets including Mukhtiarkar office Digri, government primary school Digri, Dai road Tando Jan Mohammad and Government high school Tando Jan Mohammad. In Jhuddo taluka, Chandija flour mill will supply the flour bags to the outlets set up at Main Shahi bazaar chowk near NBP Jhuddo, Bus stop near Abdul Rauf Atta chaki Jhuddo, Old Sabzi Mandi Near MCB Naukot and near Bus stop Naukot.
MIRPURKHAS Aug 23. Additional session Judge Mirpurkhas ii has been cancelled the pre arrest bail of the 8th policemen involved in the murder case of Hayat Kolachi of town police station after the cancellation of police case summary of this case submitted by investigation officer to the civil Judge and judicial magistrate Mirpurkhas 1, Ahmed Nawaz Domki who also ordered to submit the challan of the murder case. Those policemen whose pre arrest bail was cancelled including ex SHO town Ghulam Fareed Jatt, inspector Abid, sub inspector Ameen Mari, ASI Moor Unar, ASI Naseem Pervez, Head constable Zulfikar Bhatti , police constables Liaqat son of Abdul Ghafoor and Liaqat son of Mohammad Siddique. After cancellation of their pre arrest bail, they escaped away from the court premises. Hayat Kolachi was killed in police custody at town police station on May 11, 2009 night while murder case under section 302, 147, 149, 220, 337A (i), 337F (i) and 342 PPC waslodged with town police station on May 29, 2009 on the complaint of Mohammad Ayub Kolachi, brother of the deceased resident of Tando Mohammad Khan district against the above accused 8th policemen after the order of sessions court Mirpurkhas. Additional session Judge Mirpurkhas ii had been granted pre arrest bail to the above accused policemen. Investigation officer of this case ex SPO Satellite town Malik Usman had been made investigation of this case and disposed it in cancel class (C class). While with all documents including medical certificates etc the case summary of this case was submitted to the civil Judge and Judicial magistrate Mirpurkhas I, which on the ground of unsatisfactory report of the police investigation rejected the C class and ordered the police to submit its challan in the court . It may be recalled that Hayat Kolachi and his unknown accomplice on May 11, were trying to steal the bike parked in the civil hospital Mirpurkhas where bike owner intercepted them on which Hayat Kolachi escaping from the spot opened fires as result a head constable Abdul Razzaq, who was giving duty in civil hospital injured and sustained bullet injuries . While the citizens and police went back to the escaped Hayat Kolachi and surrounded a house in new town where he took shelter after negotiation SPO Mohammad Ayub Dars arrested him and recovered from him a unlicensed pistol. He was shifted to the town police station. During interrogation he was died and police shifted him to civil hospital emergency where doctors pronounced him dead. His post mortem was made in the civil hospital and later his body was handed over to his brother Mohammad Ayub Kolachi. On behalf of state, town police lodged the case of keeping unlicensed arms against the deceased accusedHayat Kolachi. While Nadir Ali Lodho has lodged the case with town police station under section 17/1 PHO, 324, 353 and 34 PPC ,accusing that accused Hayat Kolachi and his unknown accomplice trying to theft his bike and attempted to murder him by strait firing. Area magistrate and DDO revenue Mirpurkhas Ammara Aamer Khattak had also been conducted the inquiry of this incident and recorded the statements of related officers and officials but she also told the newsmen that no torture mark was found at the body of the deceased Hayat Kolachi and medical report is also denied his murder .
