MIRPURKHAS July 7. Token hunger strike was observed by Sunni Tehreek Mirpurkhas here on Tuesday at Market chowk to protest against the police failure to nab the nominated accused of the murder case of Ajmal Qadri, a worker of Sunni Tehreek Mirpurkhas. Dozens of workers and office bearers of Sunni Tehreek including Abdul Lateef Qadri, Sohail Nizami, Faheemuddin, Anjum, Iltimas Sabir Qadri etc observed the token hunger strike. Speaking on this occasion, leader Iltimas Sabir Qadri said that three months back, terrorists had killed the innocent worker of Sunni Tehreek Ajmal Qadri, while Mirpurkhas police despite nominating the names of the accused in the FIR of murder case remained yet fail to nab them. He demanded the president of Pakistan, prime minister, chief justice of Pakistan and Sindh home minister to immediately take notice of negligence of Mirpurkhas police and ensure arresting of the nominated accused of the murder case otherwise circle of protest would be extended till throughout province.





MIRPURKHAS July 7. OPD in T.B. hospital Mirpurkhas be increased after repairs of its building sothat more than services of the poors might be made. Rs 2 lakhs would be given to T.B association Mirpurkhas as grant on behalf of district government Mirpurkhas. This was stated by DCO Mirpurkhas Ghulam Hussain Memon, while presiding over a meeting of executive committee of district TB association Mirpurkhas held here on Tuesday that was attended by EDO health Dr Khadim Hussain Lakhair, DDO revenue Ammara Aamir Khattak, S.A.Khan advocate, Sher Mohammad Wassan, Dr Mohammad Haneef, A.D.Lakho, Abdul Khalique Khan, DO social welfare Khair Mohammad Dahri, Ishaque Maher and other members. He said that it has been decided after taking the unanimous opinion from members of the committee that general ward would be established after the repair of the present building of TB hospital Mirpurkhas, while all necessary treatment facilities would be ensured in general ward.DCO said that a committee be constituted sothat it bound the TB specialists doctors for their regular duties to make more affective to this hospital. DCO said that rent of shops and flats of association would be increased according to law and announced to increase 15 percent salaries of staff of the association. On this occasion, member of the association Abdul Khalique Khan, who was also ex president of Mirpurkhas chamber of commerce and industry, has announced to give RS 50000 for the association. On this occasion, taluka Nazim Mirpurkhas Ghulam Dastageer Kamali has assured to cooperate for repair of the hospital and other expenses.
