MIRPURKHAS April 9. Leader of Jamaat e Islami Mirpurkhas Azizur Rehman has said that killing of innocent was started in 1985 at Karachi that was still continued and killers were roaming in the city without any fear. He was speaking at the demonstration held by JI Mirpurkhas here on friday outside the Madina Masjid to protest against the target killing of JI worker Waseem Qureshi at Karachi. He said that despite deployments of heavy contingents of police and rangers personnels at Karachi killers of innocent persons are roaming freely. General secretary Abo Maaz and Amjad Iqbal accused that Sindh government have been failed to provide protection to the masses while lawlessness has become common in the country. He regretted that crime was being made on large scale in Karachi and a coalition partner of the Sindh government is included in it. They said that JI is a peaceful political and religious party and added that conspiracy was being hatched against the JI that will be fail with the cooperation of the masses. They demanded the government to ensure arresting of the culprits involved in murder of Waseem Qureshi. They demanded the government to suspend the federal interior minister as he had been failed in his work. 
 
MIRPURKHAS April 9. On the directives of Supreme court of Pakistan , crime branch police Hyderabad have produced Ms Nazeeran Baloch and her daughter Ms Seema Baloch in the district and sessions court Mirpurkhas for recording their statements under section 164 here on friday. It may be recalled that supreme court had already been directed to provincial police officer to ensure production of Ms Nazeeran Baloch and her daughter Seema Baloch for recording their 164 statements in the court of district and sessions judge Tharparkar but Tharparkar police had been failed to compliance the order after which the case was shifted to crime branch police Hyderabad and now again supreme court issued the order to provincial police officer to ensure production of the above mother and her daughter in the district and sessions court Mirpurkhas for recording their statements under section 164 and furnish report within three days. Inspector Jameed Siaaal of crime branch Hyderabad police produced the above two women in the sessions court Mirpurkhas for their statements u/s 164. After recording their statements, Ms Nazeeran Baloch talking to mediamen said that Haji Rehmatullah Jinjhi , who is the influential contractor of district Tharparkar came here and get marriage of her daughter Ms Seema Baloch with one Waryam about 5 years back. While after her marriage she remained in their custody in Mithi for over a year and she was not allowed to meet with her. Later, she added that Ms Seema Baloch came to meet her here after a year and told her that her husband Waryam is bad charactor person during this , she said that Haji Rehmatullah Jinjhi forced her to sent Ms Seema Baloch with Waryam on his surety. She added that her little sister Ms Maryam was also taken along with her elder sister Ms Seema Baloch on the different pretext. She further accused that she was not allowed her to meet with her daughters at Mithi , district Tharparkar. Ms Nazeeran Baloch said that after this she approached to local media as result Haji Rehmatullah Jinjhi left her daughter Ms Seema Baloch at her house where she told that she was allegedly rapped various times by Haji Rehmatullah Jinjhi, his brother Shoukat Jinjhi, Sikandar and Hayat Pahore during last 4 years. She alleged that her little daughter Ms Maryam was still in his illegal confinement and she has no any information weather she is live or kill for long time. She demanded the preisdent Asif Ali Zardari and chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chohadhry to recover her detained girl Ms Maryam and give exemplary punishment to above influential persons. 
 
MIRPURKHAS April 9. A Hari family comprising 9 persons including women and children have held protest demonstration here on friday outside local press club demanding the government to provide protection them from the influential landlord Ali Nawaz Jamali of district Sanghar. Family members led by Ghumno Bheel talking to mediamen told that he along with other family members had been compelled to escape from the land of landlord Ali Nawaz Jamali, district Sanghar owing to his atrocities while they had been taken shelter in Hari camp at Hyderabad but added that armed persons of the above landlord are making efforts to kidnapp them. He urged the concerned authorities to provide protection them . 
 
MIRPURKHAS April 9. Naseer Ahmed son of Abdul Rehman, young of village Bayansingh, taluka Sindhri has appealed the Chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chohadhry , Sindh chief minister, Governor Sindh and provincial police officer to take notice and provide him justice and protection from his opponents. Talking to media men at local press club here on friday, Naseer Ahmed said that about two days ago, he was attacked by armed persons including Ali Murad Shar, Darya Khan Shar and others near food department Godown at Hingorno and they kept him in illegal confinement and tortured him severally while he added that they accused him of involving in theft of goats. He said that he was later handed over to Amin Junejo, SHO Phuladyyoon police officer who detained him and tortured him in illegal captivity. He said that after this he was handed over to Dilber Maher police who on the behest of above armed persons implicated him in false theft case of goats on the complaint of Ali Mohammad Shar. He said that he was produced in the court of judicial magistrate who ordered of his medical checkup while later he was sent to district prison Mirpurkhas for judicial remand. He said that surgeon of the civil hospital Mirpurkhas Jawahar Lal revealed in the medical certificate that he was tortured . He said that he had been granted bail from the local court few days ago. He urged the authorities to take notice , ensure registration of his case against his opponents , suspend the SHO Phuladyyoon police and withdraw the fabricated case against him.

MIRPURKHAS March 31. Hundreds of Kolhi caste people have held demonstration and blocked the main Mirwah Mirpurkhas road here on Wednesday near buffolow colony at Mirwah Mirpurkhas road to protest against the murder of Kanji Kolhi. Protesters placed the body of the deceased at the main road and blocked it as result traffic was suspended for one and half hour. Later SHO taluka Ghulam Rasool Thaheem reached there and assured the protesters that their murder case will be lodged on which they dispersed peacefully. It may be recalled that seriously injured Kanji Kolhi was died of serious wounds at LMUH Hyderabad on Wednesday early morning, who along with Hero Kolhi were injured seriously when armed persons had attacked upon them with sticks. Case under section 324, 337-A (i) and 337-F (i) was lodged with taluka police station on March 22, on the complaint of Walji Kolhi, resident of Wakeel Bagh against the accused Allah Dino and Anwer. Both injured were removed to civil hospital Mirpurkhas for medical assistance after which one of the injured Kanji Kolhi was referred for LMUH Hyderabad due to his precarious condition. Taluka police had been arrested one of the nominated accused Allah Dino while other accused Anwer was still
at large. Following the death of injured Kanji Kolhi, previous attempt to murder case has been changed as murder case by the taluka police.

MIRPURKHAS March 31. DPO Mirpurkhas Muneer Ahmed Shaikh as inquiry officer of rape case of Shremti Kastori of Nagarparkar has been initiated the inquiry here on Wednesday following the order of provincial police officer who appointed the inquiry officer of this case to DPO Mirpurkhas. Victim Shremti Kastori, 17, daughter of Novo Kolhi , her father Novo Kolhi, her cousin Veerji Kolhi , accused of the case Ramzan Khoso, Habibullah Khoso, Ghulam Nabi Khoso and Veeryo Girro were appeared before the inquiry officer who recorded the statements of both sides people and then decided to conduct the inquiry at the site of incident to ascertain the facts of this incident. Later, talking to media men DPO told that after one month of this incident victim approached to police for registration of their case while during this sign of rap removed as her medical report showed that sign of rap had been removed due to her late medical examination. He said that he will take evidences from circumstances while victim’s relatives assured that those people had been recovered the victim girl from the autaq of Raees Bachal Khan after this incident would give witnesses in this regard. He said that he will go to Nagarparkar on April 3, for conducting the inquiry into this matter. Later, Veerji Kolhi, cousin of the victim girl told the newsman that on Jan 24, Shremti Kastori , 17, was kidnapped by two armed men from village Nokrio, taluka Nagarparkar and then she was taken to Autaq of Raees Bachal Khan where accused Ramzan Khoso allegedly raped with her. He expressed that due to pressure of influential personalities her case was not lodged with Nagarparkar police station while after submitting the legal petition in the Sindh high court Hyderabad circuit bench, Nagarparakar police have lodged the rap case of Shremti Kastori, on Feb 17, on the complaint of Novo Kolhi, father of the victim girl against the accused Ramzan Khoso, Habibullah Khoso, Ghulam Nabi Kohoso and Weeryo Girro. However, he deplored that police did not arrested the accused even implicated their 8 persons in false case on behalf of state to force them to withdraw the rape case. He alleged that investigative officer of the rape case Hameer Chand did not include their statements in the challan before submitting in the court and spoiled the case by submitting the incomplete challan in the district and sessions court Tharparkar. While, he accused that investigative officer has removed the names of accused Ghulam Nabi Khoso and Habibullah Khoso from the FIR before the submitting the challan. He further said that other two accused Ramzan Khoso and Veeryo Girro were granted bail before arrest by the sessions court Tharparkar as the case had been spoiled or weak by the investigative officer. He said that later, DPO Tharparkar suspended the investigative officer Hameer Chand. He said that April 16 is the next hearing of this case in the sessions court Tharparkar.
